CHICKEN CURRY CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry power
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Canned chow mein noodles

DIRECTIONS:

Cook chicken, remove skin and bone and cut into pieces. Cook broccoli. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole, then a layer of chicken.

Mix soup, curry powder, lemon and mayonnaise. Pour half over chicken. Add another layer of chicken and pour the rest of the soup over this. Sprinkle grated cheese and then the noodles. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
