Apple Halwa

INGREDIENTS:

Apple - 2
Condensed milk - To ur taste
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Cashews and almonds for garnishing
1/2 tsp maida
1/2 cup wheat flour

DIRECTIONS:

Peel the apple, and cut into small pieces.
Boil 1/2 cup milk and add the apple…when it becomes thick add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
Add ghee and maida.
In little ghee add wheat flour and fry
Then add the apple mixture to that and keep stirring till u get a thick mixture.
Then add the fried cashews and sliced almonds.
