INGREDIENTS:
Baandha Copi 1 big size(grated)
Milk 2 ltrs.
Sugar 1 cup
Oil to fry cabbage well
Elaichi for flavour
DIRECTIONS:
Fry the grated cabbage in oil.
Boil milk i kadai, keep stirring.
Add the sugar and stirr well, till the sugar melts. Give a good boil to the milk, now pour in the fried cabbage into the milk and boil milk for 20 mins, till the cabbage becomes soft.
Put powdered elaichi, mix well.
Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
