Balu shahi

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup flour(Maida)
1/2 cup curd.
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 tsp soda
For Syrup:
3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Water

DIRECTIONS:

First, sieve (Maida) flour with soda.
Now mix ghee into it properly, then add curd and knead well.
Roll into 1″ thick rounds and cut into 2″ square piece.
Now deep fry in low to medium flame till golden brown.
Syrup:
Mix sugar with water and cook for about 5 minutes.
Put the fried balu shahis in warm syrup and take them out.
