Chinese Chick Balls

INGREDIENTS:

For balls

Chicken Keema - 250 gm, finely chopped
Onion - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Ginger - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Garlic - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Cornflour - 4 tsp

For gravy

Onion paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Tomato puree - 1/4 th cup
Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Cornflour dissolved in water - 2tsp
Salt as taste
Water - 1-1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients of balls and make its shape as small balls. Fry it lightly.

Heat a pan. Add oil and add all masalas. After frying it add water. When it turns to boil, add the balls and cornflour in it and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
