INGREDIENTS:
1. Besan (Gram flour) — 1 cup
2. Sugar — 2 cups
3. Ghee — 2 to 2 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat besan in a dry pan for a minute or two.
2. Heat the sugar in a pan. Add two tbsp of water and make a syrup ( It should be a thick syrup).
3. Now, add half the ghee and besan to the sugar syrup. Stir well and add the remaining ghee and heat well. Keep stirring. When the paste starts leaving the sides of the pan, remove from fire and pour into a well greased plate. Cut into pieces after it cools.
