Ravyachi kheer (Sooji Kheer)

INGREDIENTS:

250gm suji
2 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
elayachi powder according to the taste.
dry fruits -cardamon,almonds cashewnuts, etc according to need.
1 tsp pure ghee

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the ghee and roast the suji in the ghee till light brown and nice aroma on a very low heat.
Now add the sugar and allow sugar to melt.Stir it constantly .
Pour the milk and allow mixture to boil for 4-5 min.
Add the dry fruits and elayachi powder as needed.
Serve hot .
