INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Kg Mutton (desired pieces) but chops used for frying
1/2 Kg Onions cut finely
1/4 Kg Tomatoes cut finely
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsps Coriander Powder
1 tsp Jeera (whole)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
For Chops :
Garlic crushed - 6-8 flakes
Jeera (whole) 2- 4 tsps
Black Pepper whole - 1 tsp
Red ChilliPowder
Salt to taste
Juice of one Lemon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Kadi Patta 8-10 leaves
1 tsp Mango Powder
Coriander Leaves to garnish.
DIRECTIONS:
Put desired oil in a pressure cooker
Saute onions until golden brown, adding mutton pieces next and keep frying until the oil separates, then add tomatoes cut finely, ginger, garlic paste, and the dry masalas and keep frying till the oil separates.
Then add desired water and cook until tender like giving 6-8 whistles in a pressure cooker.
When cooked garnish it with coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
Mutton is ready to eat with Rice or Rotis.
