INGREDIENTS:
200 gms Broccoli florets
1 chopped Onion
1 tsp Red Chilli paste
1 Egg
3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Remove the stem of broccoli and take the florets.
Bring the broccoli florets to boil in 1 cup water till tender. Drain off water. Chop it fine.
Make a thick batter by mixing egg, corn flour, all-purpose flour, chopped onion, red chilli paste, salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
Add chopped broccoli to it and mix well.
Heat oil on full flame. Lower the flame. Make fritters out of the broccoli mixture and saute till light brown.
Remove on a butter paper and serve hot with Chilli Sauce
