INGREDIENTS:
1. Carrot - 1/2 kg
2. Tomato - 2 or 3
3. Grated coconut(dry)-1/2 cup
4. Green chillies - 5
5. Ginger - 1/2″ piece
6. Garlic - 5 cloves
7. Onion - 3
8. Cardamom - 2
9. Cloves - 2
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Grind coconut,chillies,ginger and garlic together.
Cut carrot into small pieces.
Boil it and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan
Add masalas and onion and fry it.
Then add tomatoes and fry for a minute.
To this,add boiled carrot and grinded masala(mixture)
Boil it till it becomes gravy
Serve hot with poori or chapati
