INGREDIENTS:
Asparagus - 1 bunch
Coarsely grinded Sesame powder - 2 tbl spoons
Aamachur powder - 1/2 small tbl. Spoon
Coriander - to garnish
Coarsely grated coconut - to garnish
Chilly powder, turmeric powder, Jeera powder, Coriander powder, Salt, sugar - to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Cut asparagus into 1/2 inch pieces. Pressure cook them for long time. For about 6-7 whistles.
Take out , Mash and keep aside.
Take 6-7 table spoons of oil in flat pan. Let it heat.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it cracker
Add Chilly powder, turmeric, jeera, coriander powder, amachur powder, salt according to taste.
Add mashed asparagus.
Let it cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and sesame powder and heat for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and coconut
