Low Calorie Creamy Shake

INGREDIENTS:

1 Banana (substitute Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango)
2-3 Tablespoons instant Vanilla pudding mix (sugar free kind, if you like)
2 Cups FAT FREE milk
Pinch of grated Nutmeg
Sugar substitute to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Blend. Feels like you’ve made it with cream!! Top it with whipped cream from a can and strawberry sauce for greater effect
