INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken-cut into pieces and boiled/steamed1 cup green peppercorns-crushed*; mixed with vinegar1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp salt or to taste1 cup butter1 tsp oil 2 tbsp lemon juice or to tastelemon wedges for garnish*You can use the ones pickled in vinegar.
DIRECTIONS:
Pierce the chicken pieces and keep aside.Mix the peppercorns, ginger and salt and rub into the chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the butter and oil in a sauce- pan and heat. Add the marinated chicken to it and saut?or 3-4 minutes. Mix in the lemon juice and serve accompanied with the lemon wedges.
