Steamed Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

1. Cauliflower - 1/2 flower broken into 1 inch peices
2. Carrots - Cut into 2 inch by 0.5 inch pieces
3. Peas - 100 gms
4. String Beans - 100 gms
5. Brussel Sprouts - 100 gms

DIRECTIONS:

Put salt and black pepper to taste on these vegetables and shake them well such that they are mixed well.

Put 1.5 inches of water in a pressuer cooker and place all the vegetables in a steamer or some metal container and then place this container in the pressure cooker. Cook until one whistle and then remove all the pressure from the cooker by taking out the whistle.

Remove the vegetables from the cooker and place them in a serving tray. squeeze lemon on top of vegetables to taste
