INGREDIENTS:
Medium Sized Tomatoes - 6
Medium Sized Brinjals - 2 (chopped)
Small Onion - 1 (chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
Garlics - 2 cloves (minced)
Pepper powder - to taste
Salt to taste.
Oil to fry .
DIRECTIONS:
Slice top from tomatoes and scoopout flesh.
Mix the tomato flesh with remaining vegetables and seasoning.
Heat oil. Add vegetables mixture and fry till cooked and almost dry.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture and place under a grill for one minute.
Serve hot
