INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 500 gms
1 medium spoon any chicken masala [I prefer home made chicken masala]
1 tsp chilly powder 2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder [or as required]
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tblsp ginger and garlic paste
salt as required.
DIRECTIONS:
Wash thoroughly the chicken with lots of water.
Now drain completely water from the chicken pieces.
Apply the above masala into the chicken properly.
Now marinate this for one hour.
Heat a non stick kadhai with required oil and put the chicken pieces.
Add little water and cover the kadhai for the chicken to cook.
This can be had with fried rice along with onion rings and lemon
