Mushroom Manchuri

INGREDIENTS:

Corn flour 3/4 cup
Rice flour 1 tsp
Gram flour 2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp or as required
Color a pinch
Salt as per taste
Mix this well with little amount of water and make a thick batter

Ginger 6 inch chopped very thin
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic 1 bulb chopped very thin
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chillies 10 chopped very thin

Sauces:-

Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Coriander finely chopped
Oil to fry
Mushroom 1/2 kg

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oil in a heavy pan. Dip the mushroom (full or halved) in the thick batter, fry them and keep a side. After a minute again put the fried mushroom in frying pan fry them for a couple of minutes and strain.

Fry ginger and garlic paste for few seconds then add chopped ginger, garlic and chillies and fry in medium flame till raw smell goes, do not brown them.

Now add all the sauces and salt together and boil it just for a second and take away from the flame and add it to the fried mushroom and garnish it with coriander. Serve hot
