Mushroom Patties

INGREDIENTS:

60g potatoes
100g mushrooms
25g peas
20g onions
10g oil
2g salt
1g chili powder
1g garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated ginger

DIRECTIONS:

Boil potatoes, mushrooms and peas, peel and mash the potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped onions and ginger. Add mashed mushrooms, peas, lemon juice, salt, chili powder and garam masala.
Shape the mashed potatoes into cups and stuff with the above mixture.
Bind the edges together and flatten them. Shallow fry till brown.
Serve hot with any chutney
