INGREDIENTS:
Small Shrimp - 1 pack
Tomatoes - 3nos
Onions - 2nos
Oil - for fry
Fennel seed (Soaf) / Aniseed - 1tsp
Salt - 1tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 or 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the Shrimp keep aside.
Cut the tomatoes and onions.
In a pan, heat the oil and put the fennel seeds.
Then add tomatoes and onion and fry for few minutes.
Now add the shrimp and fry well until shrimp is half cooked.
Add salt and chilli powder to it and fry till it is fully cooked.
Now the shrimp masala is ready.
