INGREDIENTS:
Few burger buns
2 cups fresh white bread crumbs
1/2 cup cream
1 1/2 lbs uncooked chicken breasts (skin removed)
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp white pepper
3 chopped green chilies
Coriander leaves chopped
1 1/2 small onions, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, finely cut
Oil to fry
DIRECTIONS:
Put the chicken in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, until it gets grated.
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs with heavy cream.
Also add grated chicken, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, chopped onion, ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 6-8 portions. Shape into 3/4″ thick burgers and coat the edges and sides with the remaining bread crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over low flame add oil. Saute burgers for 5 minutes on each side till golden brown from outside and moist from inside.
Place over burger buns. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
