Stirfried Cabbage

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium tender Cabbage shredded
1 tsp. chilli sauce
1 tsp. soya sauce
3 tsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. white or brown vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger finely chopped
1 fresh red chilli finely chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp. oil

DIRECTIONS:

Wash, drain, take cabbage in a bowl.

Add all ingredients, except oil.

Marinate, keeping aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a heavy pan.

Add marinated cabbage, stirfry till cabbage is tender but not mushy.

Take off fire, serve hot with chapati or bread or even hot steamed rice.
