Yogurt Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup curd / yogurt, beaten well
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
Salt according to taste
1 bunch coriander leaves (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix finely chopped onions and tomatoes to the beaten yogurt.
Add salt to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati, roti or rice.
Tip: You can also add finely chopped pieces of cucumber, pineapple, grated carrot, seeds of pomegranate or seedless grapes
