INGREDIENTS:
1 qt. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
5 apples (Delicious)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Sweetener or 1/2 c. sugar
DIRECTIONS:
By hand mix milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Cut the apples in thin slices. (Wash apples and use skin.)
Put apples in dough but do not beat. Bake 300 degrees until medium brown, 45-55 minutes.
Good for people that are diabetic or heart condition. (No eggs)
