INGREDIENTS:
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk or enough to make soft dough
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together to make soft dough. Turn onto floured pastry sheet or board. Knead for 2 minutes. Pinch off 2″ to 3″ balls and flatten with hands. Make very small hole in center. Fry in Fry Daddy or Baby, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. These can be used for Indian tacos or are good with honey or powdered sugar sprinkled on them.
