Indian Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

DIRECTIONS:

Blend butter, sugar, and eggs well. Add 1/2 cup cocoa, cold coffee, and vanilla. Blend in flour, soda, and salt. Add boiling water and stir slowly as is thin. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Is good uniced.
Icing: Mix 2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 2 tablespoons butter, and enough hot coffee to spread.
