Indian Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
10 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs in medium bowl. Mix flour with sugar and gradually beat this into eggs. Stir in cheese, corn salt, pepper and 3/4 of bacon. Turn into buttered casserole (11 x 7 inches). Top with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
