Indian Corn Stew

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. coarsely ground beef
2-3 c. fresh corn
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and green pepper, cook until soft. Add meat and brown well, stirring frequently. Add corn and tomato soup, sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 1 hour. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Ugh!
