Indian Corn

INGREDIENTS:

1 c. minced onion
2 or 3 slices of bacon, chopped
2 lg. cans cream style corn
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. milk

DIRECTIONS:

Brown bacon in heavy skillet then add onion and saute. Mix the corn and egg then add to onion mixture. Blend sugar and flour then blend with the milk. Stir this into the corn mixture and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until set.
