INGREDIENTS:
8 to 10 red chillies
½ cup channa dal
¼ corriander seeds
½ tsp hing
¼ cup curry leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Dry roast every ingredient separately except hing and curry leaves without oil until the flavour comes out.
Grind the above with curry leaves, and hing coarsely.
