INGREDIENTS:
6 to 8 red chillies
½ cup urad dal
2 tsp pepper
½ tsp hing
a few curry leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Dry roast all the ingredient seperately except hing and curry leaves without oil until the flavour comes out.
Grind the above with curry leaves, and hing coarsely.
