INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
¾ cup water
2 tsp ghee
1 small piece gur
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Peel banana and cut into tiny cubes.
Crush gur, green chillies and salt together in a board wooden bowl.
Mash banana bits in the blend.
Season with red chillies, mustard and curry leaves in ghee.
