INGREDIENTS:
1 apple, peeled, deseeded and chopped
2 glass milk
4 tbsp sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Run apple, milk and sugar in mixie, till apple is crushed completely
Chill the Shake
Pour into glass, from a height; so froth forms
Serve cold
INGREDIENTS:
½ pav raw rice
1 cup coconut gratings
2-3 leaves of turmeric
DIRECTIONS:
Wash rice. Put in about ½ litre of hot water and keep it to cook.
When rice is half cooked, drop knots of turmeric leaves into it.
Grind coconut gratings and collect its thick juice in one vessel and the thin one in another.
If water is insufficient for cooking the rice, make it up by mixing the thin coconut juice.
Lastly, when rice is well cooked, put the thick juice and mix well.
Ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pav wheat
½ kg gur
2 cups coconut gratings
5 cardamom pods
1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS:
Sprinkle water all over wheat.
Grind in grinding stone.
Dehusk the wheat, by winnowing.
Repeat the process 3 to 4 times. Then wash the wheat.
Grind coconut gratings and take out its juice.
Cook the washed wheat, in one litre of water, till it becomes soft.
Put crushed gur and a pinch of salt. Pour the extracted coconut juice.
When the gur melts and begins to boil, take out from flame.
Put powdered cardamom and mix
Ready to serve.
