Curried Vegetable Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. crushed Rice Chex
2 boxes frozen broccoli cuts
2 boxes frozen lima beans
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter; add curry powder and crushed cereal. Stir until coated; set aside. Cook vegetables and drain. Add soup and 1/2 cereal mix.

Put into large buttered casserole. Top with remaining cereal. Sprinkle small can of Parmesan cheese and 1 package of sliced almonds, browned in butter, over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
