Honey Curry Vegetable Dip

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. hot curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Carrots
Celery
Cucumbers

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients well and refrigerate. Add curry to taste - be wary that curry will strengthen over time. Slice vegetables for use with dip.
