INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces boneless chicken
half kg puree
20 gm cashew nut(pasta)
150 gm. spinach(shredded)
15 gm. curd
half tspginger paste
half tsp garlic paste
2 1/2 garam masala
1 gm cumin seeds powder
1 gm. coriander powder
10 gm khoya
25 gm butter
3 gm deggi mirch
100 gm. cream
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
mix together cashew nut paste, curd, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala salt and deggi mirch.
marinate pieces of chicken in this paste and roast in tandoor.
put butter in a pan and add finely shredded spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes.
add tomato puree, chicken pieces, cream and khoya. cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
