Dahiwali Lauki Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Lauki 1 (small)
Curd 2 cups
Green Chillies 2
Red Pepper 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Garam Masala a pinch
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil For seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Mix coriander powder, garam masala, red pepper, turmeric powder & salt into the curd.
Pour little oil into the pan when hot add mustard seeds, jeera and green chillies, then add the mix made out of curd and allow it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add the chopped Lauki and leave it for a few seconds.
Transfer this to the pressure Cooker and allow it to cook, Upto two whisles. When done be ready to enjoy this with Chapatis
