Easy Tandoori Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken thighs – 1/2 kg
Ginger – Garlic paste – 2 tea spoons
Garam masala – 2 tea spoons
Chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – to taste
Lemon – 2 (big ones)
Corn flour – 2 tea spoons
Food colour -1/4th tea spoon
Milk -1/4th cup
Oil – to fry
Green Chillies – 4
Onions – 1 medium one

DIRECTIONS:

Marinate the chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice for half an hour.

Put a kadai and put 3 tea spoons of oil into it. Put the marinated chicken into the kadai and let the chicken cook (do not pour water).

In the mean time, mix the corn flour and food color in cold milk. When the chicken is done, pour the corn flour mixture on to the chicken and see that the mixture is spread on the chicken pieces evenly.

Take the chicken thighs and fry them in oil/bake them in the oven till the crust is hard enough.

Garnish with sliced onions and fried chillies (cut vertically).
